1. The principle of apparatus
ZK-2 portable type formaldehyde live testing is designed by the national's standard of GB/ T18204.26_2000
The air samples are collected by apparatus in testing site. The formaldehyde in the air can be absorbed in hydroxybenzene reagent and then produce pyrazine. Because of color developing reagent ferric ion 's oxidation affection, pyrazine can form the cyan compound in the acidity liquor. According to the shade of color, do the colorimetric assay in the scene.
2. Structure
The apparatus is composed of electrical source, timer, aspirator pump, flowmeter, and bracket. Its power is about 4W, and frequency is about 50Hz, 220v alternating current. The pump's effective empty flux is 0_2 l/min. When the resistance is between 30_60mm mercury column and the guarantee flux is 0.8 l/min, can adapt the sample. The sampler is set the timer, duting the process of sampling, it can make sure the sampling time and stop collecting samples by itself. The flexible sampling time is half an hour.
